Account Representative – Full Time

Aaron Freitag State Farm | Peoria, IL

We’re looking for a motivated, competitive and people-focused individual to join the Aaron Freitag State Farm Team as a full-time Account Representative.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a goal-driven environment and wants an opportunity to grow professionally and financially.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospective and existing customers
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
  • Provide insurance quotes and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities across Auto, Home, Life and Health
  • Build relationships and ask for the business
  • Follow established sales and follow-up processes
  • Work toward clear daily and monthly performance goals

  • Professional office environment
  • Base compensation plus performance-based earning opportunities
  • Insurance licensing required; qualified unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licensing
